"System Check" Lubricant Analysis Program

Royal Manufacturing Company's "System Check" lubricant analysis program is a preventive maintenance service offered to our customers. Through regular sampling and analysis of in-service lubricants, internal equipment wear can be monitored. This allows service personnel to properly forcast maintenance requirements and schedule repairs before critical situations occur. Lubricant life can also be monitored, allowing proper drain intervals to be determined, often in excess of manufacturers recommendations.
