Jim Gott
Mr. Gott is currently the Vice President and General Manager at Royal Manufacturing. With over 40 years with Royal Mfg, Mr. Gott has a background in Production, Accounting & Financial, sales, private label and branded, market evaluations and costing, as well as technical support.
Steve Humphreys
Mr. Humphreys is currently Director of Technical Services. He has over twenty years experience in grease formulating, manufacturing and testing. He has written several technical articles and has experience teaching chemistry and mathematics. He is a member of STLE and is currently a section chairman in ASTM. Steve earned his BS degrees in Chemistry and Mathematics from Delta State University in Cleveland MS in 1987. He earned an MBA from Devry University in 2005.
Jimmy Koetter
Mr. Koetter has worked in the lubricants industry for over 35 years. The majority of his years have been in operations, which includes manufacturing, shipping and receiving. Mr. Koetter has also worked in purchasing, sales and technical support.
Dr. Anoop Kumar
Dr. Anoop Kumar holds a Ph. D in Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Technology , Roorkee, India. With 20 years experience in Lubricating Greases and Industrial Oils, Dr. Kumar is also highly skilled in New Products and Processes Development of lubricating greases and industrial oils, scaling up process and handling production planning & related issues, user industry experience including the transport sector, steel, mining, cement /concrete, food processing, power, railways, bearing manufacturers etc., and marketing of various lubes and new business development. Dr. Annop Kumar has also published over 70 Technical & Research papers in conferences and Journals of International Repute as well as over 20 worldwide patents on product and processes on lubricating greases.
